1. How do I place an order?

Ordering with Dura Home is quick and simple:

  • Browse our collections and select the items you’d like.
  • Choose your quantity and click “Add to Cart.”
  • Once ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your delivery details and payment information.
  • Confirm your order – you’ll receive an email confirmation shortly after.

2. Where do you deliver?

  • We currently deliver only within South Africa.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Outlying and rural areas may take a little longer.
  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. How much is delivery?

  • A flat-rate delivery fee applies at checkout.
  • We sometimes run promotions with free delivery on qualifying orders – keep an eye on our newsletter!

5. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! You may return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  • Clearance or sale items cannot be returned.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major debit/credit cards, Instant EFT, and other payment options available via secure checkout.

8. Do you offer refunds?

  • Yes – once your returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
